Let’s take a look at Copper Fit compression socks and see if they are worth your time and money.
We will be taking a look at this particular product’s unique features, how much they will cost you, the reviews of the general public, how it compares to other products of similar quality, and our final thoughts on the subject. Price versus quality will also be determined as well, to make sure you get everything you spent in these socks.
What are the Copper Fit Compression Socks?
As you probably know, compression socks are an amazing fitness and health tool that allow you to protect your legs and feet while exercising or in the case of you having issues with blood flow in your legs. They offer many features, including – protection from natural materials that could cause you harm (branches, bugs, etc.), have been proven to limit swelling, provide warmth during colder days, and keep your feet and legs clean.
Copper Fit compression socks offer all these benefits as well. They are soft, copper infused, pressure-inducing socks that reach about calf-length on your legs. They are said to provide improved comfort to your feet and legs, as well as better performance and endurance. The socks also support your arches, feet, and calves gently, as well as being odor-reducing, copper infused fabric.
The style is fairly simple. They come in black and white and look pretty standard as far as socks of this length go.
Why Copper?
While there is little to no proof at this time that copper assists with pain or fatigue from working out, it does still have some very beneficial qualities when placed in compression socks.
Copper has antimicrobial properties. This is based on a concept named “contact killing,” which simply means that when bacteria, viruses, and yeast come in contact with solid copper surfaces – they die. It is even registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as an antimicrobial material.
So because of that, copper can be a big help in controlling and eliminating odors as you work out and your feet sweat. They will also help keep any bacteria and germs away from your feet, which will help you avoid infections and diseases.
As stated before, there is really no evidence at this time that supports the continued claims that copper will take away aches, pains, or a sense of fatigue. There have been reports and reviews from users saying that they have experienced less of these things when using copper socks, however none of the claims have been scientifically proven at this time.
What Makes the Copper Fit Compression Socks Unique?
One unique quality that was already touched on in the review is simply the fact that these are compression socks with copper inside of them. There are other products that advertise this as well, but it’s still not incredibly common in compression socks at this time. Like we stated before, this feature does provide assistance with odors from feet – but not too many benefits that are scientifically proven otherwise.
Another quality of these socks is their pricing, which we will get into more detail within the next section. Depending on the brand you choose, or if you need medical grade socks, they can get pretty pricey. However, the Copper Fit compression socks are significantly more affordable, and are still said to be high quality.
Other than the addition of copper and the lower price, these stocks are fairly standard as far as compression socks are concerned.

Public Perception (Other Copper Fit Compression Socks Reviews)
The reviews for these compression socks were quite mixed. We will separate the positive and the negative to get a better idea of what purchasers thought.
The Positive
One aspect of the Copper Fit compression socks that the users really seemed to enjoy overall was, of course, the pricing. Any review that mentioned how much they paid for the socks raved about how affordable they were, and how the quality was definitely worth the small amount they had to pay.
Another aspect reviewers frequently mentioned was the pain relief that they experienced. Again, there is no scientific evidence to prove that these socks will certainly ease pain and fatigue, but it has shown up in quite a few reviews. Buyers say that while wearing these products, they can feel additional warmth and comfort that is really helpful for old injuries and stress in the feet and leg muscles. They also stated that they had a great level of compression, which really assisted with keeping swelling down. That last point is vital for a good pair of compression socks.
The last positive aspect that we saw a lot of was simply how soft the socks were. A decent amount of reviews dreaded a certain roughness when ordering the socks, since it does have a metallic substance inside of them. The copper is actually embedded into the yarn the sock is made of on a molecular level. This means that you don’t feel it at all when wearing the product, and that the copper will last the lifetime of the garment.
Let’s take a look at the negative qualities.
The Negative
The first aspect that was considered a negative by quite a few reviews was the fit. There were many people complaining that first of all, there was a lack of a decent sizing chart. Without really having a full idea of which size to order, many people ended up having to return and exchange the socks after buying them the first time. On top of that, a decent amount of people complained of overwhelming tightness and not being able to get the socks on even when they did find the appropriate size.
Another complaint among reviewers was the overall quality. This is vitally important since it is one of the top features that we look at when reviewing products. Many customers stated that the socks fell apart after a few months of regular use. While that isn’t terribly surprising for their price, it is still disappointing for those who bought them.
While there was a decent amount of reviews mentioned above that appreciated the level of compression, there was an equal number of people voicing that the socks did not provide enough pressure to legs and feet. This meant that they didn’t complete the only job that compression socks had. For this opinion, reviewers were split about 50/50.
How it Compares
As we saw before, these socks are considerably cheaper than other choices on the market for compression socks. There are a few other differences we are going to take a look at as well.
For overall quality, these are definitely not nearly as nice as a lot of other brands. They do not offer any moisture-wicking like products from brands like Vitalsox do, which is definitely an important feature if you are going to be exercising in these socks.
They do have the copper feature, which does a decent amount for odor. There are other companies that offer socks with copper, but it is not an overly common feature at this point in time.
Another feature that varies between different products and companies are the level of compression you receive from the socks. Most compression socks will elaborate on the level of pressure you will receive with that particular product. For the Copper Fit compression socks, reviews were very mixed on how compressed they truly were.
These are of course consumer grade and not medical grade, meaning that if you have a legitimate medical issue, these wouldn’t necessarily be the socks to go for. If you need socks that are medical grade, you actually have to go to a doctor and have them prescribed to you.
What We Think
Overall, these socks would not be the first choice we would go to when looking for the perfect compression socks. Companies like Physix and SB SOX that offer products at similar (or even lower) prices than the Copper Fit compression socks but have much higher reviews and better quality.
While there definitely are some positives to these socks – the pricing, the odor protection, and the aesthetics were all decent features. However, they just are not for everyone.
If you are not looking for anything too pricey, or anything meant for really heavy-duty activities – then you could plausibly use these socks without issues. They also may be a decent choice if you find yourself with overly smelly feet at the end of a workout. However, if you need something for long runs, medical reasons, or anything more intense than reducing a little bit of swelling – it may be best to spend the extra money on a different product.
